STC Group's Master Shipping & Transport Programme Update 📰
Here's an update: The Master Shipping and Transport programme of the Maritime and Logistics University of Applied Sciences (earlier Netherlands Maritime University) of the holding group - STC Group - is being offered as a joint venture between the Group and the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences at the Rotterdam Mainport Institute from the coming year.
The organisational change, according to the STC Group, is to transfer the programme from a private-funded course to a public-funded one. This implies the tuition fee would reduce significantly for both EU and non-EU/international students.
Closing date for registration for the upcoming programme is May 1, 2021.

Increasing trade is translating into higher demand for containerisation due to their efficiency, says a recent IBEF study. During FY07–17, container traffic rose to 124.58 MMT, implying a CAGR of 5.9 per cent. During FY17, container traffic stood at 124.58 MMT, the study adds. As the growing trade is leading to growing cargo traffic, Navayuga Container Terminal is gearing up to meet the need by adding to its infrastructure, as Krishnapatnam Port's FB link elaborates.
